The portable optronics systems developed by Safran Electronics & Defense and its Swiss subsidiary, Vectronix AG, are designed for combat missions in your armed forces, in particular for the infantry and special forces. Moskito is a set of Vectronix rangefinder monoculars with a radical new design. In addition to the standard functions (azimuth, vertical angle and distance measuring, geolocalization), Moskito has built-in light amplification night vision that is compatible with the latest generation of IL tubes. The instant switch from day vision to night vision enables a quick adaptation between lighting conditions that are found in an urban environment in particular.

Allowing detection of human activities up to 1,200m away, TIPS is the dedicated product for public safety and security operations: infrastructure surveillance, homeland security, law enforcement, policing, fire-fighting and environmental missions. TIPS is an affordable monocular thermal pocket scope. Based on uncooled technology, TIPS can be turned on instantaneously. Highly reliable and noiseless, it also offers great autonomy. Used with a mini visible or infrared laser pointer (optional), TIPS allows the observer to point out a precise spot. Thanks to its interfaces providing remote observation and control, TIPS offers enhanced operational capabilities.
