Safran's brake and tire control system was developed specifically for the aeronautics sector. This solution for monitoring braking equipment and tires is based on digital transmission of the sensor signal unlike first-generation systems that used analog transmission. This procedure will soon make it possible to detect some wheel electronics or transmission line failures with a high degree of precision. These faults can cause undetectable corruption of the physical parameter transmitted.
